User support case and customer testimony: Vivien

Vivien’s customer support request is a common example of a shipment being dispatched from the warehouse and getting lost and/or stuck in transit, never arriving at its final destination to complete the delivery.

In this case, I was able to resolve Vivien’s lost parcel by sending a replacement copy and followed up with the new tracking identification number to ensure Vivien could follow the new parcel’s journey as it made its away through border crossing and customs.
